We’re so pleased you have enjoyed the ‘Minibeasts’ activities. So many amazing emails have been sent to learning@mountstreeti.powys.sch.uk Please keep them coming.
This week we have a few more ‘Minibeast’ activities but the teachers have also created a few subject based activity grids. This is in response to the parent requests, which we have received via emails and feedback when we have been phoning homes, which are based on maths and literacy. They are meant to last for the whole month of May and not just this week.

We also have ideas for VE Day, which is on Friday 8th May.
It is the 75th anniversary of the end of the Second World War. At the time there were street parties and many celebrations so even though the LOCKDOWN means that we can’t have similar celebrations this week, there are still plenty of ways to celebrate and think of those who put themselves on the frontline to save us.
